Do take note that every unit is different in terms of
- Proximity to amenities, eg MRT and schools,
- External facing, eg greenery or pool view (Yes! I have sold before HDB with condo pool view!)
- High floor or low floor,
- Lift level, corner or corridor unit,
- Internal renovation and maintanence

Two units in the same block can fetch remarkably different prices. The above items are just some of the things the Valuer and Buyers will look out for, and which will affect the eventual sale price.
